Mr. Frank Burgess Grafton, Jr., age 55, of Toccoa, passed away Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Stephens County Hospital.

Born August 15, 1963 in Toccoa, he was the son of Mildred Poole Grafton and the late Frank Burgess Grafton, Sr.

He was a member of Hill Street Baptist Church and was a Untied States Navy Veteran. Frank worked with Academy Bus Line and also was a former Bus Driver for the Stephens County School System for 15 years.

Family members include his wife, Stephanie Carter Grafton; his mother, Mildred Grafton; brother and sister-in-law, James and Grace Ann Reed Grafton; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Linda Carter and Norris Quinn; nephews and nieces, Colt and Lyndsey Vaughn, Elizabeth and Jake Skelton, and Dustin Grafton; brother-in-law, Erwin Carter; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Patricia and Stacy Pulliam; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Darwin and Ondeene Carter; and numerous other nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at two o'clock Tuesday, February 12, 2019 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Bradley Collins officiating.

Burial will follow at Roselane Cemetery with Military Honors provided by the United States Navy.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Colt Vaughn, Jacob Skelton, Lane Poole, and Wayne Poole. James Grafton and Dustin Grafton will serve as honorary pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 6pm – 8pm Monday, February 11, 2019.

Flowers are optional. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the American Cancer Society, c/o Jerry Snell 575 Rosedale Street, Toccoa, GA 30577.
