Mrs. Eulala Wilbanks Pace, age 90, of Toccoa, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2017 at her home.

Born July 14, 1926 in Toccoa, she was a daughter of the late Luke Mitchell and Leila Belle Morgan Wilbanks.

She was a member of Toms Creek Baptist Church and was retired from the Stephens County School System. Eulala loved her Lord and her family.

Family members include her daughters and sons-in-law, Leila and James Cantrell and Ruth and Edgar Welborn; son, Roger Pace; sister, Jewell Kellar; grandchildren, Robin and Chris Bridges, Tammy and James Greene and Brian Pace; great-grandchildren, Cody Simpson, Chad Bridges, Beige Pickert, Hannah Thompson, Samantha Greene, and Jamie Simpson; great-great-grandchildren, Owen Pickert, Sadie Pickert, and Elliot Thompson; and several niece and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dewey Franklin Pace; sister, Mary Wilbanks; brothers, Terrell Wilbanks, Dwain Wilbanks, and Harold Wilbanks; and a granddaughter, Teresa Simpson.

Funeral services will be held at eleven o'clock Wednesday, July 12, 2017 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with Dr. Bob Claytor and Preacher Ray Strickland officiating.

Burial will follow at Toms Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Chris Bridges, Chad Bridges, Cody Simpson, Brian Pace, Jamie Simpson, and James Greene.

Beige Pickert, Hannah Thompson and Samantha Greene will serve as honorary pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 6pm – 8pm Tuesday, July 11, 2017.

Whitlock Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.
