Mrs. Hazelene Standridge Crisler, age 85, of Toccoa, passed away Friday, September 8, 2017 at Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville.

Born March 26, 1932 in Banks County GA, she was a daughter of the late Thurmond G. and Carrie Evans Standridge. She was a member of The Pointe Church, formerly the Toccoa Church of God, where she was a Sunday School Teacher, an Elder of the Church, and a Prayer Warrior. Mrs. Crisler was a former employee with Belk.

Family members include her sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy Crisler and Elaine of Hampton, VA and Steve Crisler and Diane of Lewisville, NC; grandchildren, Matthew Crisler and Happy, Andrew Crisler, Cami Crisler, Zachary Crisler, and Caitlin Frye and Dennis; great-grandchildren, Anthony Crisler, Angelina Crisler, Jack Crisler, Daniel Crisler, and Roxanne Crisler; sisters, Minnie Lee Fuchs, Edna Higgins, and Mary Alice Bedenbaugh; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Jack Bryan Crisler; brothers, Clyde "Shorty" Standridge, Otho Standridge, Coy Standridge, Horace Standridge, Kelly Standridge, and Bruce Standridge; sisters, Bertha Petite, Lorena Turpin, and Bessie High.

Funeral services will be held at eleven o'clock Monday, September 11, 2017 from The Pointe Church with the Rev. Jerry Chitwood and the Rev. Dennis Rafala officiating.

Burial will follow at Stephens Memorial Gardens.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Bobby High, Bruce Standridge, Jr., Jackson Pitts, Chester Meeks, Dwain Moss, and Jerry Shirley.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 6pm – 8pm Sunday, September 10, 2017.

Flowers are optional. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the Missions Fund at The Pointe Church.
